SEI Corporation is expanding its Investment Fund Services team in the United States. The Specialist will manage fund accounting operations for registered interval and tender offer funds and other pooled vehicles, liaising with clients, external providers and internal groups to ensure accurate NAVs and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include supporting audits, onboarding funds, preparing SEC filings, and assisting tax and treasury teams.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the fund services industry; alternatives preferred.
• Proficiency with fund accounting software (Investran and/or Geneva) and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Act as main client contact and oversee accounting operations for funds and pooled vehicles.
• Support annual audits and onboard new funds/clients with internal teams.
• Prepare and review NAVs, reconciliations, and distributions; sign off on key items.
• Prepare/review SEC filings (N-Port, N-CEN) and assist with tax reporting processes.
• Coordinate with external managers, service providers, and internal groups to maintain controls.
• Assist Treasury with fund budgets and quarterly updates; participate in hiring and team development.
• Support business development activities with prospect calls and client visits.
