JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate for the Traditional Fund Services Product Management team in Boston.

You will support fund administration clients, drive product strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Sales, and Finance to deliver best-in-class service. The role emphasizes execution of the product roadmap, industry engagement, and responsiveness to client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of investment services or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of securities industry and regulatory/operational requirements for fund accounting and administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to multi-task and think critically.
• Team player with collaboration across Business, Operations, Finance and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Fund Administration product offering with strategic direction and delivery.
• Execute product strategy and roadmap, including new offerings and technology development.
• Maintain industry presence through conferences, whitepapers, and panels.
• Liaise with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Collaborate across Operations, Technology, Sales, and Service teams.
