Advocates Legal Recruiting is seeking a Fund Formation Associate (2-6 years) to support an AmLaw 100 client advising venture capital and growth equity sponsors in the U.S. and internationally.

The role covers sponsor-side structuring, fund formation, documentation, and ongoing fund counseling through launch and beyond.
