Job summary

Houlihan Lokey, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst in the Fund Opinions practice to perform complex analytics, financial models and valuation across industries and asset classes. The team collaborates with internal groups to deliver fairness opinions and advisory services to clients.

You will support analyses, due diligence, and the creation of valuation reports for diverse clients, contributing to both transaction and advisory services within FO.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Perform business and financial due diligence.
• Conduct industry, competitor, and sub-sector research.
• Perform complex valuation projects using comparables, precedents, and DCF.
• Build detailed financial models in Excel to assess cash flows and value securities.
• Prepare client/internal board review presentations supporting advice and opinions.
• Participate in business development initiatives.
• Support relationships with current and prospective clients.
