Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Prior investment banking, valuation or related experience.
• Strong accounting, finance, financial modeling and analytical abilities.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Independent thinker and resourceful problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Very strong work ethic, organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Perform business and financial due diligence.
• Conduct industry and sub-sector research.
• Value companies, businesses and securities.
• Build complex financial models to support negotiating and valuation positions.
• Assist with board/special committee presentations and supporting opinions.
• Participate in pitches and business development initiatives.
• Support relationships with current and prospective clients.
