Job summary

SEI seeks a Fund Operations Analyst to coordinate and oversee a range of funds, including 40 Act Mutual Funds, Canadian Funds, UCITS, and private equity structures. The role covers cash management, model management, and fund trading across multiple regions with collaboration across portfolio managers and custodians.

Responsibilities include cash equitization, regulatory reporting, and contributing to new product initiatives while upholding internal controls and policy documentation.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of financial services experience.
• Experience with mutual funds, fund of funds and product development a plus.
• Understanding of equity futures and cash equitization.
• Strong knowledge of fund operations and 40 Act structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fund of fund trading and oversight for 40 Act Mutual Funds and Canadian/UCITS funds.
• Manage cash management, cash equitization and sub-advisor trading coordination.
• Assist with model management, asset allocation changes and periodic rebalances.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and client due diligence.
• Support onboarding of new sub-advisors and documentation of procedures.
