Responsibilities

• Support the VPs of Accounting with day-to-day fund operations and cash reconciliations.
• Assist with management of day-to-day financial accounting and administration for private equity funds.
• Collaborate with third party administrator on daily operations and journal entries.
• Help prepare quarterly financial statements and tax estimates.
