They are creative, entrepreneurial problem solvers who are proactive, service-oriented collaborators.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on CAIS’s growth and the success of our clients by delivering innovative product onboarding solutions and driving process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, overseeing requests for automation, configuration, and technical resolutions.
  • Support business development efforts, offering expertise during pre-sales to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Maintain project tracking tools and other internal and external resources, including Confluence, SharePoint, and Airtable, to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills with an ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Asana) and Microsoft Suite.
  • Effective communicator with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

CAIS is consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work, and our culture is at the heart of our success. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where employees can be their most authentic selves and feel inspired and supported to bring their voice forward to drive community, growth, and innovation. We are an equal opportunity employer, and do not discriminate on the basis of any protected attribute, including race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital or veteran status, pregnancy or disability, or any other basis protected under applicable law.

CAIS offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental and vision insurance, an employer matched retirement plan, wellness programs, and generous PTO and parental leave.
