You will liaison with fund managers, monitor transactions, and help deliver NAV reports and investor communications while optimizing engagement performance and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years public accounting experience.
• 2+ years VC/PE fund experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fund accounting, financial statements, audits, and tax processes to GAAP standards.
• Liaise with fund managers to track transactions, capital calls, distributions, and changes.
• Monitor engagement deliverables and optimize budgets and workflow efficiency.
• Review and approve investor reports, NAV packages, and tax deliverables.

Fast growing investment management company is looking for a Fund Management Manager. Newly created role due to growth. Hybrid role in the East Bay.

Responsibilities:

• Support General Ledger & Financial Operations: Support fund accounting, financial statement preparation, and end-to-end audit and tax compliance workflows to ensure full adherence to GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Manage Client Financial Strategy & Communications: Serve as the primary accounting liaison, maintaining continuous contact with fund managers and stakeholders to track ongoing fund transactions, capital calls, distributions, and operational changes.
• Optimize Accounting Engagement Performance: Support and monitor engagement deliverables, balancing client deadlines, accounting team utilization, project budgets, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure Quality Control & Investor Reporting: Review and sign off on all client financial communications, NAV reporting packages, capital account statements, and investor tax deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of public accounting experience and 2+ years of VC/PE fund experience preferred
