Job summary

G MASS Consulting is seeking a Legal Entity Management specialist to support a buy-side client engagement spanning the full lifecycle of complex entities including SPVs, trusts and funds, from formation through dissolution. The role emphasizes entering and maintaining entity data across the client’s core systems with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will work closely with the client’s paralegal team, apply entity management knowledge, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience with SPVs, trusts and funds essential.
• 2+ years in legal entity management or fund operations.
• Familiar with Appian workflow platforms and data systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of legal entities including formations, amendments and dissolutions.
• Maintain and update entity information across core platforms.
• Review and interpret entity-related documentation across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to avoid blockers.
• Manage multiple client deliverables and lead status meetings.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Design and implement enhanced workflows for amended processes.
