The Blackstone Group L.P. in New Jersey seeks an experienced finance professional to oversee NAV and portfolio reconciliation, capital calls, distributions, and fee calculations within private equity and asset management operations.

Candidates should have 10+ years in public accounting or private equity, Advanced Excel skills, CPA preferred, and a track record of independent work and tight time management. The role includes comprehensive benefits and a base salary of $150,000–$250,000 per year.

Qualificações

• Advanced Excel skills required.
• 10+ years of public accounting / private equity experience, preferably public accounting and asset management.
• CPA preferred.
• Independent worker / self-starter.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing quarterly NAV and portfolio reconciliation; resolving discrepancies with Investran and internal ops teams.
• Preparing and reviewing capital calls and distributions allocations.
• Calculating management fee, distributions, waterfall allocations, and IRR.
• Preparing and reviewing expense allocations and payments.
• Monitoring expenses and preparing budgets.
• Reviewing financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Maintaining accounting data in internal systems.
• Coordinating with external auditors for year-end audit.
• Overseeing offshore teams and administrators.
