Job summary

Chicago Pacific Founders (CPF) in Chicago seeks a Fund Finance professional to join the finance operations team. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, allocations, billbacks, and intercompany reconciliations while supporting the new accounting system implementation.

This role offers exposure to portfolio finance and scalable controls. You’ll assist quarter-end close, portfolio company valuations, capital activity, and treasury tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years in accounting, finance, or fund administration.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or Ramp is a plus.
• Attention to detail, deadlines, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, allocations, billbacks, intercompany reconciliations.
• Support implementation, testing, and documentation of CPF’s new accounting system.
• Assist quarter-end close and portfolio company valuation reviews.
• Coordinate capital calls and distributions; treasury duties.
