• Experience in fund finance and bespoke collateral structures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with banks, sponsors, insurers on structured financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate financing agreements and intercreditor arrangements.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and client communication.
