The Washington DC office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking Fund Finance associates for the Global Finance Group. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings, secured lending or derivatives and will draft financing documents for highly structured, bespoke transactions.

Successful candidates will join a market-leading practice representing financial institutions and other investment vehicles across diverse funding finance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings or other relevant experience, including secured lending and/or derivatives.
• Experience drafting financing documents for complex, highly structured, bespoke transactions.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the Washington DC bar.
