Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) seeks a Senior Director, Fund Finance to lead financial reporting, treasury management, and audits across a growing portfolio of funds. The role ensures accurate close cycles, financial statements, and collaboration with third‑party administrators and auditors.

The ideal candidate has deep GAAP knowledge, 10+ years in fund finance, and strong leadership to scale policies and processes as LFM grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading quarterly and annual close processes across multiple funds.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting and close across 12–24 funds.
• Oversee treasury management and loan servicing vendors.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and SEC-related preparations.
• Develop scalable fund-finance policies and reporting practices.
• Partner with managers to ensure accurate fund activity is reflected in reporting.
