Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in fund finance, fund operations/accounting, asset management, or controllership with leadership.
• Strong understanding of fund expense models, vendor management, payables controls, accruals, and period-end close.
• Experience delivering audit-ready documentation and controls evidence.
• Advanced Excel; ERP/Accounting platforms; workflow tools; automation preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and governance for high-volume deliverables.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% (overnight travel possible).

Responsibilities

• Lead Section 15(c) profitability reporting end-to-end with data sourcing and validation.
• Own invoice processing end-to-end, resolving invoice and payment exceptions.
• Coordinate fund expense reimbursement activities and transfer processing.
• Oversee run-rate revenue and expense analysis for financial viability.
• Lead annual budgeting cycles for fund expenses and approvals.
• Oversee fee accrual maintenance, reconciliation, and period-end close support.
