Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
7+ years in fund finance, fund ops, asset management or controllership.
Strong understanding of fund expense models, payables and period-end close.
Experience with board/advisory reporting and audit-ready docs.
Advanced Excel; ERP and automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead profitability reporting end-to-end for Section 15(c) with data sourcing/validation.
Own invoice processing end-to-end including approvals and postings.
Coordinate fund expense reimbursement activities and approvals.
Oversee run-rate revenue/expense analysis for fund viability.
Lead annual budgeting cycles and manage fee accruals.
Ensure accurate period-end close and reporting.
