Job summary

DWS Group in Boston is seeking a Legal Analyst to support fund disclosure and SEC registration processes. You will work with in-house counsel on mutual fund documents and coordinate with external providers to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with 1+ year SEC registration experience in finance.
• Asset management background and knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review mutual fund and ETF disclosure and reporting documents.
• Distribute SEC registration documents for comment and resolve feedback.
• Finalize SEC registration documents for filing and coordinate distribution.
• Draft SEC comment/response letters for filing with the SEC.
• Perform analytical reviews of fund disclosure and reporting documents.
• Coordinate with service providers and internal teams for data accuracy.
• Support Board materials review and participate in staff meetings.
