Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Utah seeks an Associate Fund Controller to support our CFO services for private capital clients. You will help manage capital calls, distributions, audits, and reporting while aligning client needs with our software and services.

You'll interact with founders, GPs, LPs and auditors, ensuring GAAP compliance, accurate financial packages, and timely deliverables as part of a fast-paced, client-focused team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Fund Administration.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Prior experience with a fund administrator or private credit firm is preferred.
• Experience maintaining and nurturing multiple client relationships.
• Interest in providing best-in-class service.
• Experience interpreting LPAs and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist with capital calls and distributions.
• Provide audit/tax support and post-close services.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financials and LP communications.
• Review client deliverables and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to improve Private Equity software.
• Mentor junior team members and support Directors.
