Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an Associate Fund Controller to support private capital clients, focusing on fund administration, financial reporting, and client service.

You will work with auditors, tax providers, and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reports and scalable solutions. A CPA/CMA is preferred, with strong communication and relationship management skills required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Fund Administration.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Experience with fund administrators or private credit investment firms is a plus.
• Experience maintaining multiple client relationships.
• Interest in providing best-in-class service.
• Ability to interpret LPAs.
• Knowledge of GAAP (US GAAP, IFRS) and industry practice.
• Experience with waterfall calculations and carried interest allocations.
• Experience with complex entity structures (master-feeder, parallel funds).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and deadline-driven.
• Understanding VC, PE, hedge funds, and private credit markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with capital calls and distributions.
• Provide audit/tax support.
• Deliver quarterly and annual financials.
• Communicate with Limited Partners.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to enhance Private Equity product suite.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Ensure SOC-compliance in processes.
