Qualifications

• CPA or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fund accounting and financial reporting for multiple investment funds.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with fund governing documents, investor agreements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and fund cash flows.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain accurate fund records, trial balances, and reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for funds.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fund accounting.
• Prepare reports and deliverables for internal leadership, investors, and governing boards.
