GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) in the United States seeks an Associate Fund Controller to drive client success and support investors. The role focuses on transaction recording, reconciliations, and the preparation of workpaper packages, with strong emphasis on audits and financial reporting.

The candidate will mentor Accountants, review junior staff work, and contribute to complex models and year-end processes in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service by handling transaction recording, reconciliations, and workpaper packages.
• Coordinate and support external audit processes with timely auditor responses.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements per reporting standards.
• Calculate and review complex financial models such as waterfalls and fees.
• Manage client expectations and ensure all deliverables are met.
• Mentor and train Accountants and Senior Accountants for growth.
• Review work of junior staff to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Oversee year-end audit process with auditors and tax teams.
