Job summary

Standish Management, LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Fund Controller to lead financial reporting and administration for clients, working with the Engagement Manager on fund accounting, capital accounts, and financial statements.

You will supervise audit and tax prep, manage capital calls and distributions, track portfolio financings, forecast cash flow, and support quarterly LP reporting, while maintaining investor data and traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics concentration preferred.
• CPA is a plus.
• Previous Private Equity/VC experience and knowledge of Partnership Accounting, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred.

The Fund Controller at Standish works with other team members to lead the financial reporting and administration operations of our clients. In conjunction with the Engagement Manager, the Fund Controller is responsible for fund accounting, capital account maintenance and financial statement preparation for clients.

Minimum Requirements

Compensation Range

• $90,000 - $110,000 annually
• Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
