Job summary

JCW Group in New York seeks a Compliance Associate to help maintain the firm’s compliance program. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will support Advisers Act responsibilities in a generalist role.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in an Advisers Act compliance role and will draft policies, review marketing materials, assist with filings, and uphold the Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in another Advisers Act compliance role.
• Experience in Advisers Act compliance program management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Review firm marketing materials.
• Assist with various regulatory filings (ADV, PF, etc.).
• Maintain the firm's Code of Ethics.
