Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Fund Administrator to provide comprehensive fund administration services for domestic and offshore funds. You will process investor subscriptions and redemptions, validate statements, and ensure AML/KYC compliance while coordinating with fund management on pending transactions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, clear communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with a local office presence six days per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years’ related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and KYC procedures is a plus.
• Overtime may be required to meet Client and Department deliverables.
• Effective communication skills in oral and written form.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment with shifting priorities and rapid change.
• Work in local office 6-days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide fund administration services to domestic and offshore funds.
• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions per documents and AML rules.
• Communicate pending transactions to fund management as required.
• Prepare and validate investor statements and fund accounting data.
• Distribute investor statements and related documents per instructions.
• Ensure distribution info is up to date and compliant.
• Prepare wire transfer instructions via various online platforms.
• Confirm cash activity was processed and communicated to fund accounting.
• Adhere to department policies and participate in system/process enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
