CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm is seeking an Assistant Controller to join our Fund Administration group. The role supports financial operations across multiple offices and is based in the Northeast, Midwest, Sunbelt, or West regions.

The position requires 4 years of accounting/finance experience and a Bachelor's degree. The wage range in Minnesota for this role is $90,500 to $135,000, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Financials: Records and analyzes client's financial information.
• Analyzes and interprets financial information that client leaders need to make sound business decisions.
• Prepares financial reports for other groups (creditors, regulatory agencies, and tax authorities, and more).
• Reviews and monitors costs inherent in the business.
• Schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and may identify corrective actions when necessary.
• Ability to independently prepare financial statements.
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, prepares budgets, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions when necessary.
