CLA is seeking an Assistant Controller to join our Fund Administration group in one of our offices. The role focuses on recording and analyzing client financial information, preparing reports for various stakeholders, and supporting budgeting and variance analysis.

The position requires 4 years of accounting/financial experience and a Bachelor's degree. The wage range for this role in Minnesota is $90,500 - 135,000, with compensation reflecting geography and experience.

CLA is currently seeking an Assistant Controller to join our Fund Administration group in one of our Northeast, Midwest, Sunbelt, or West office.

Job Responsibilities

• Financials: Records and analyzes client’s financial information.
• Analyzes and interprets financial information that client leaders need to make sound business decisions.
• Prepares financial reports for other groups (creditors, regulatory agencies, and tax authorities, and more).
• Reviews and monitors costs inherent in the business.
• Schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and may identify corrective actions when necessary.
• Ability to independently prepare financial statements.
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, prepares budgets, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions when necessary.

Job Requirements

• 4 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
