Job summary

BPM – Fund Accounting Supervisor role leads day-to-day fund accounting, administration, and investor activity for complex structures. You’ll drive accurate reporting and capital activity while mentoring staff and partnering with auditors in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include preparing statements under US GAAP, NAV review, capital calls and distributions, and investor reporting, with focus on accuracy, timelines, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years in public accounting, fund administration, or fund accounting.
• 2+ years in private equity and/or venture capital fund experience.
• CPA preferred (active or in progress).
• Strong knowledge of partnership accounting and capital accounts.
• Experience supporting fund audits and tax processes.
• Experience with fund accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fund accounting and administration.
• Maintain capital accounts, allocations, and detailed investor activity tracking.
• Prepare capital calls, distributions, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Track portfolio investments, financing, and related activity.
• Review NAV calculations and supporting schedules prepared by internal teams or third-party administrators.
• Support investor reporting and deliverables.
• Coordinate audit and tax processes, including support, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.
• Support AML/KYC requirements and maintain accurate investor records. Review work prepared by junior team members and/or fund administrators to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
