U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to support our Fund Accounting team. The role performs daily reconciliations of fund-level cash and positions, identifies differences, and processes corrections to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with reviewers and audit partners, maintaining documented support and ensuring internal controls and audit readiness across fund operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete daily cash, position, and portfolio reconciliations for assigned funds.
• Identify reconciling differences and research root causes.
• Process transactions, adjustments, or corrections into the fund accounting system as documented.
• Provide explanations and retained support for reviewers to verify accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain organized reconciliation packets and documentation for audit-readiness.
• Archive reconciliation evidence in approved repositories for internal and external audit use.
• Escalate unresolved items following escalation protocols.
• Adhere to internal controls and retention policies.
