Job summary

CIM Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manager, Accounting to lead monthly and quarterly fund accounting for a publicly traded real estate fund. You will ensure accuracy of consolidated reporting, manage cash/liquidity, and support GAAP-compliant financial statements.

You will partner with portfolio management, tax, treasury, and external auditors to enhance controls, drive process improvements, and deliver timely financial insights to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fund accounting experience.
• Experience with Yardi Investment Accounting module.
• GAAP-compliant financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly fund accounting processes.
• Prepare schedules and support for audits and valuations.
• Support GAAP-compliant financial reporting and analysis.
