Job summary

KSL Capital Partners, LLC is a leading global private equity firm focusing on travel and leisure. The Fund Accounting Manager will oversee finance work streams for KSL’s fund vehicles, including NAV and financial statements, carried interest allocations, and coordination with fund administrators and auditors.

The role collaborates with FP&A, Tax, and investment professionals to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and LPAs, while supporting quarterly valuations and forecasting efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• 5-7 years of finance and/or accounting experience, 2-3+ years with private equity fund accounting and operations.
• Knowledge of Investment Company accounting and legal structures.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, investors, and service providers.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly and annual NAV and financial statement process, reviewing work by third-party administrator, including carried interest calculations and allocations.
• Coordinate fund day-to-day operations: capital calls, distributions, treasury and wire processes, and subscription line of credit management.
• Oversee annual audit process for assigned funds, coordinating with fund administrator and auditors.
• Assist Investment Professionals, Investor Relations, Compliance, and other teams with data requests and ad hoc analyses.
• Contribute industry and operational knowledge to product development and new fund launches.
• Assist with quarterly valuation of investments and forecasting processes.
• Support CFO/Controller and department with ad hoc special projects.
