Job summary

Alter Domus is currently seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join our Fund Administration Real Estate team in a leadership role. The position focuses on managing NAV-related deliverables, supervising staff, and driving process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 6+ years of accounting experience, and proven team-management skills. CPA eligibility is a plus, with a salary range of $80,000–$130,000+ depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field with substantive and relevant work experience.
• 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience managing and directly overseeing a team.
• CPA or CPA eligibility a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client deliverables related to the NAV process, including financial statements and investor statements.
• Train, review and oversee staff dedicated to your funds group.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements and communicate to leaders.
• Review and calculate complex management and incentive fees, capital calls, and allocations.
• Interact with clients on weekly/monthly calls and manage deadlines with Client Service team.
• Coordinate with other teams to streamline production and policies.
