Rialto Capital seeks a senior fund accounting leader to guide a team of Senior Accountants in Miami. You’ll oversee daily operations across Real Estate, JV investments, loans, and CMBS, managing the close calendar and financial reporting.

You’ll review entries and reconciliations, supervise capital activity, investor reporting, and tax data gathering, while collaborating with investor relations and compliance teams to ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• CPA certification required; 5–6+ years in private equity/fund accounting and/or public accounting.
• Experience with Investran and waterfall/carry calculations.
• Supervisory experience of accounting staff with training and performance management.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Senior Accountants and oversee daily fund accounting operations.
• Oversee fund accounting for Real Estate, JV Investments, Loan Portfolios, and CMBS.
• Manage close calendar, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Review capital activity, fee calculations, and carried interest models.
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and investor allocation schedules.
• Support investor reporting, including carried interest calculations and Statements of Partners’ Capital.
