Job summary

Atlas Search in New York, NY seeks a Manager, Finance and Operations for its Real Estate Investment Fund. You will oversee GAAP/IFRS reporting, audit coordination, capital calls, and investor relations, driving accuracy and timely delivery across a global portfolio.

This high-ownership role requires leadership of a team, strong GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with fund accounting and liquidity management.

CPA strongly preferred; advanced Excel skills; Investran a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years public/private accounting experience.
• Fund accounting experience required; PE real estate experience preferred.
• CPA strongly preferred, advanced Excel; Investran experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Join one of the world's largest real estate investment platforms, managing fund accounting and operations for a global portfolio spanning office, retail, multifamily, logistics, and hospitality assets across five continents. This is a high-ownership role where you'll drive GAAP/IFRS reporting, audit coordination, capital calls, and investor relations — not just support them.

What You Bring:
