Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced Real Estate Fund Accountant to join a private markets advisory firm’s fund accounting team in New York. You will own the close process for a newly launched real estate fund, handling journal entries, GL maintenance, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting from day one.

The role requires 3–7 years of fund accounting experience with real estate fund expertise, preferably with a fund administrator background, and readiness to start within 2 weeks.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of fund accounting experience.
• Real estate fund experience essential.
• Strong close process skills — journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement preparation.
• Background from a fund administrator (Gen II, SS&C, Alter Domus, Citco, Apex) or in-house at an asset manager.
• Comfortable with a contract structure and available to start within 2 weeks.
• 5 days onsite in Lower Manhattan — no exceptions.
