Job summary

GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) is seeking a Fund Accountant to support treasury operations, journal entries, and financial reporting for its US funds. This role emphasizes accuracy in investor communications and collaboration with a fast-growing, client-focused team.

You will work in a hybrid environment after probation, with opportunities for professional development, training, and CPA reimbursement as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0+ years of accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury operations, including bank reconciliations, disbursements and cash reporting.
• Enter and maintain journal entries in a cloud-based accounting platform.
• Prepare quarterly fund workpapers and assist in GAAP financial reporting.
• Develop and review mail merge communications for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in preparation of GAAP financial statements.
• Respond to investor inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Support capital activity processes including capital calls, allocations and distributions.

What You’ll Do:
