A growing FinTech firm is seeking a Fund Accountant to manage daily NAV calculations and perform reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and strong attention to detail. Paralel Technologies is a growing FinTech firm redefining the relationship between asset managers and their back office. We are the premier trusted partner for asset managers and their funds, innovating with technology and serving with compassion.

Job Responsibilities: (may include and are not limited to)

• Complete daily NAV calculations.
• Perform daily reconciliations with custodians.
• Support Financial Reporting to complete quarterly reporting cycles.
• Work with clients to ensure NAVs are accurate and timely.
• Support product team with daily deliverables.
• Assist with daily Fund performance calculations.
• Produce support to complete audits.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Confluence Unity experience a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new topics and curious in problem solving.
• Innovative mindset in a startup firm.
• Humble, open minded to feedback, adaptable in very fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range:

• $58,000 - $68,000
• The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, industry experience, certifications, and other factors.
