Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with fund accounting, private equity, investment management, or related areas preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for investment funds.
• Maintain general ledger activity and perform account reconciliations.
• Record journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Calculate and process capital calls, investor distributions, and partner allocations.
• Assist with NAV calculations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Prepare supporting schedules for tax reporting and year-end financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and company accounting policies.
• Analyze financial results and prepare management reports.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Job Title: Fund Accountant Location: Downtown Dallas, TX (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $75,000-$90,000

Responsibilities
