Position Title: Environment and Test Data Management Lead

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: 12+ Months with possible extension

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems.
• Minimum four (4) years in a lead role managing test environments and test data across SDLC phases.
• Minimum four (4) years coordinating environment provisioning and configuration.
• Minimum four (4) years implementing test data management strategies, including data subsetting and extraction, data masking and refresh cycles.
• Minimum four (4) years monitoring environment availability and stability, including defining and managing SLAs.
• Minimum four (4) years managing data dependencies across integrated systems.
• Minimum four (4) years managing environment incidents, including rollback and recovery.
• Minimum four (4) years working with databases and cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience integrating environment provisioning and test data management into CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated and repeatable deployments across non-production environments.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Desirable Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience supporting enterprise application environments.
• Two (2) years experience supporting large scale enterprise benefit systems (eg: Unemployment Insurance or Disability Insurance) meeting defined large scale enterprise system criteria.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience with test data tools and platforms like AWS S3, AWS RDS, MS SQL, AWS EC2.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, or ARM, or CloudFormation.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience achieving ≥99% environment availability SLAs during testing cycles.
• Possesses one or more of the below certifications:
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
• Possession of a Master’s degree in a Business Administration, IT or Engineering field.
