Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience within the last 10 years as a Test Analyst supporting complex systems for large organizations.
• 7+ years of experience within the last 10 years creating: Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Test Strategies and Test Plans, Test Cases, Transition Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
• 3+ years of experience using HP ALM / Micro Focus ALM, IBM Rational RequisitePro, or Jama Connect.
• Experience managing Requirements, Specifications, Test Cases, Defect Tracking, and End-to-End Requirements Traceability.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent testing certification is a plus

• Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, test cases, and transition plans.
• Design and execute functional, integration, system, user acceptance, and regression testing activities.

• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
