We're seeking a dedicated individual to develop testing plans and perform functional testing on bellows components, assemblies, and finished products. The goal is to ensure consistent performance and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve and maintain Operator Authorizations to ensure compliance with standards.
2. Interpret engineering drawings and instructions to verify specifications using test equipment.
3. Set up and maintain test conditions for various testing procedures.
4. Test and inspect parts with mechanical measuring instruments to ensure quality.
5. Use statistical charting techniques like SPC to maintain quality and productivity.
6. Troubleshoot and correct issues, adjusting equipment as needed.
7. Assist in training team members and support daily operations.
8. Perform basic computer functions for documentation and activities.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years in functional testing, mechanical inspections, and quality assurance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with mechanical measuring instruments and troubleshooting.
