Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks a full-time Strength and Conditioning Specialist to support rapid airbase opening at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.

The role requires designing and delivering programs for heavy load carriage, equipment movement, and high-tempo mobility tasks. You will build mission-specific programming across AFSCs, conduct fitness assessments, maintain training records, and provide monthly performance metrics to the COR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• CSCS or equivalent certification.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance prior to start; must maintain clearance for the duration of the contract.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a field environment, including hours of darkness and inclement weather.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screening (urinalysis).

Employment Type: Full-Time, Contingent Upon Contract Award

Clearance: SECRET security clearance
