Job summary

BETA Systems International is seeking a full-time strength and conditioning specialist for Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), New Jersey. The position is contingent upon contract award and requires U.S. citizenship with SECRET clearance.

You will design and deliver conditioning programs to support rapid airbase opening, heavy load carriage, equipment movement, and high-tempo mobility tasks. You will coordinate with Athletic Trainers, conduct fitness assessments, and maintain secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current Strength & Conditioning certification (CSCS or equivalent).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance prior to start; must maintain clearance for the duration of the contract.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a field environment, including hours of darkness and inclement weather.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screening (urinalysis).
