eSOL is seeking a Functional Safety Software Engineer to join our core innovation team. You will conduct safety analysis, develop functional requirement tests, and review designs for both eSOL products and customer projects, influencing development methods across engineering teams.
You will work with real-time systems, C/C++ and scripting languages, and engage with customers and safety assessors when needed. Proficiency in ISO 26262 and related standards is highly valued.

Responsibilities include all steps surrounding the actual coding of functionalities, including software specification, creating and reviewing tests, and reviewing and improving the internal and external safety documents for our products.
As an optional part of the role, you may interact with customers on their projects, including discussion with customer safety managers, and/or their assessors.
