Job summary

Vida Integrated Health in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (MD/DO or ND) to join our FM concierge medical team at our Seattle (Ravenna), Bellevue, and Kirkland locations. Candidates must have Functional Medicine Training and/or an A4M Fellowship.

We offer a collaborative, interdisciplinary practice with a concierge model that emphasizes personalized care, longer visits, preventive care, and physician autonomy.

Qualifications

• Functional Medicine Training or A4M Fellowship required or eligible for board examination
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in primary care setting including urgent care
• US Work Authorization
• Active WA state professional license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand medical history, health concerns and lifestyle factors
• Provide medical consultations in Vida clinic and via Telemedicine
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating functional medicine
• Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Monitor patient condition and responses to treatments and adjust as needed
• Collaborate with other health professionals as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors.
• Provide medical consultations in Vida clinic and via Telemedicine
• Develop individual patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate functional medicine to address the patient’s health issues.
• Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and patient’s treatment plans, for each patient.
• Monitor patient’s condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other health professionals as needed, both internal and external.

Qualifications

• Functional Medicine Training or A4M Fellowship required or eligible for board examination
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in primary care setting including urgent care
• US Work Authorization.
• Active WA state professional license in good standing.
• Knowledge of injections such as IV Infusion therapy, Hormone Pellet Therapy Procedures, trigger point injections, steroid injections, and PRP Joint/Prolotherapy is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
