Grace Harbour is a private outpatient mental health practice serving Georgia and South Carolina. We are seeking motivated mental health professionals to join our Functional Family Therapy team to deliver therapy to families in home, school, and community settings.

You will engage families, emphasize communication and positive parenting, and collaborate with schools and service providers to ensure coordinated care and safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.
• Experience working with youth and families preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Engage family members to support involvement in treatment and build family skills.
• Collaborate with schools and community organizations to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and maintain safety and stability.
