Job summary

National Counseling Group (NCG) is seeking a Functional Family Therapist to work with youth and families, delivering FFT and evidence-based treatment. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, and engage families in active, change-oriented therapy within a structured framework.

Carry a caseload of 10-12 clients, coordinate with school and community systems, ensure engagement, and maintain documentation aligned with the FFT model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the United States.
• Experience with FFT or family-based therapies preferred.
• Ability to carry a 10–12 client caseload and coordinate with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable by licensure).
• Engage families and community systems to promote engagement.
