Qualifications

10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
5+ years of hands-on SAP GTS experience.
Minimum 2 full-life-cycle SAP GTS E4H implementations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong understanding of international trade compliance and customs management.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP GTS E4H solution design workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP standard best practices.
Provide functional leadership across the complete implementation lifecycle.
Configure and support SPL Screening, Embargo Checks, Export License Determination, and Import/Export processes.

Senior SAP GTS E4H Functional Consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP GTS E4H Functional Consultant to lead functional design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities for SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) E4H programs. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, integration teams, and global delivery teams to drive end-to-end trade compliance and customs transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong expertise in SAP GTS E4H business processes, solution design, SIT/UAT execution, defect management, cutover planning, and hyper care support while ensuring alignment with global trade regulations and enterprise integration requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

Functional Leadership

*Lead SAP GTS E4H solution design workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
*Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
*Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP standard best practices.
*Provide functional leadership across the complete implementation lifecycle.

Trade Compliance & Customs

*Configure and support:

oSanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening
oEmbargo Checks
oExport License Determination
oImport/Export Customs Processes
oProduct Classification (ECCN, HTS, Tariff Codes)
oPreference Processing
oIntrastat Reporting (where applicable)

*Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and corporate governance requirements.

SAP GTS E4H Implementation

*Design and configure SAP GTS E4H solutions.
*Support migration from legacy GTS platforms to GTS E4H.
*Review and validate business process designs.
*Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, workflows, and reports.

Testing & Quality Assurance

*Prepare SIT and UAT scenarios and test scripts.
*Execute functional and integration testing activities.
*Support defect triage, prioritization, resolution validation, and retesting.
*Coordinate business user acceptance testing and readiness assessments.

Integration Management

*Work with SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise applications.
*Validate end-to-end business process flows across:

oOrder-to-Cash
oProcure-to-Pay
oLogistics and Supply Chain
oCustoms and Brokerage Interfaces

*Support interface design and testing with external systems.

Deployment & Hypercare

*Support cutover planning and execution.
*Manage go-live readiness activities.
*Provide hypercare support and issue resolution.
*Ensure successful transition to steady-state operations.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
*10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
*5+ years of hands-on SAP GTS experience.
*Minimum 2 full-life-cycle SAP GTS E4H implementations.
*Strong understanding of international trade compliance and customs management.
*Experience leading client-facing workshops and solution reviews.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
