Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for domain-related complaints and queries regarding service levels and quality
- Support and resolve complex issues; handle ad-hoc requests
- Implement operational changes and functional enhancements
- Review operational performance, service level attainment, and suggest improvements
- Publish weekly and monthly status reports
- Coordinate with offshore support for guidance on fixes and enhancements
- Define new product features with the product manager and provide specifications
- Ensure product quality through testing, documentation, and maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Functional knowledge of Life Sciences Commercial and DevOps systems
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Technical expertise in AWS, Tableau, Databricks, with experience in LS commercial domain support or development
- Experience working with pharma third-party data; strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of data quality, cleansing, and transformation processes
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures
- Experience analyzing high-volume, high-dimensional data
- Knowledge of database architecture and design
- Excellent SQL skills, preferably with AWS Athena
- Ability to identify key business requirements and develop data visualization solutions
- Effective stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in process setup, workflow creation, and use case development
- Ability to develop customized analytical reports for internal and external clients
- Collaborate with onsite and client teams to understand and translate business needs
- Participate in meetings and daily stand-ups to track progress
- Identify system improvements and initiate transformations
- Estimate resource needs and develop cost models
- Conduct regular process reviews using operational metrics
- Create actionable reports highlighting business trends and opportunities
- Knowledge of AWS Glue, Redshift, DevOps, Databricks, JIRA, Confluence
