Position Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Functional/BPR Team Project Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for business process reengineering (BPR) and project coordination. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating workshops and design meetings, scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and supporting the planning and execution of work assignments. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule workshops and design meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among participants
  • Track and manage action items, ensuring timely completion and follow-up on tasks and deliverables
  • Assist in planning and organizing work assignments, aligning resources and timelines to project objectives
  • Steward and track key design decisions for the system, maintaining accurate documentation and records
  • Support project teams in the execution of BPR initiatives, facilitating process improvements and system design enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide input on project planning and execution
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes and reports to ensure clear communication and documentation
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
